The Role

Lumen is seeking an experienced, innovative, and dynamic Senior Lead Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategy and provide partner marketing support for the Lumen Connected Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, the technology industry, partner ecosystems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing plans, programs, and campaigns for co-sell technology partners. 

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and programs to support Connected Ecosystem technology partnerships, including new co-sell partner types like Lumen Validated Designs (LVDs) and Marketplace offerings.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Connected Ecosystem leadership, product management, sales, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.  
  • Develop and deliver marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and social media / digital content, to support partner marketing efforts.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing campaign team to drive partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and retention.  
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.  
  • Align and manage MDF and budget to support strategic marketing plans.  
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.  
  • Manage relationships with key partners and partner marketing teams, ensuring they have the necessary marketing support to succeed.  
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.  

What We Look For in a Candidate

Requirements:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.  
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with technology partners.  
  • Experience in the B2B technology industry.  
  • Knowledge of ISVs, GSIs, Alliances, partner ecosystems, and channel marketing strategies.  
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.  
  • Effortlessly leverages AI in day-to-day work and holistically across the function. 
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.  
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Marketing or advanced education certifications  
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)  

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$105,786 - $141,047 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$111,074 - $148,099 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$116,364 - $155,152 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
