The Role
The Senior Lead Field Marketing Manager (FMM) serves as a strategic partner to Enterprise Sales, responsible for developing and executing integrated field marketing plans that accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue outcomes. This role leads Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, customer and prospect events, sales activations, and targeted demand generation strategies designed to engage priority accounts throughout the buyer journey.
The FMM partners closely with sales leadership, account teams, corporate marketing, product marketing, and external vendors to create measurable marketing programs that generate awareness, influence opportunities, deepen customer engagement, and support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion goals. This position plays a critical role in aligning marketing investments with business priorities and ensuring field activities contribute directly to pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, opportunity progression, customer expansion, and revenue growth.
The Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Sales, developing account and territory plans that drive pipeline growth, customer expansion, and revenue outcomes.
- Lead targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs for priority accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to increase engagement and opportunity progression.
- Plan and execute customer, prospect, and executive engagement programs, including executive briefings, industry events, roundtables, and hospitality experiences that strengthen relationships and support business growth.
- Drive integrated demand generation and sales activation initiatives that create new opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and support strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign teams to deliver aligned go-to-market initiatives and maximize field impact.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership by leveraging market intelligence, account data, and performance analytics to improve account penetration and growth.
- Measure and optimize program effectiveness through pipeline impact, account engagement, revenue influence, ROI, and sales follow-through, delivering executive-level reporting and recommendations.
- Manage field marketing budgets, agency and vendor relationships, and marketing innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, event marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proven success partnering with enterprise sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience developing and executing ABM strategies and account engagement programs.
- Strong background managing customer events, executive engagement programs, hospitality experiences, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, pipeline acceleration, and ROI.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and multiple vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage front-line sellers, sales leadership, and executive audiences.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo (or similar technologies).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with account intent platforms, ABM technologies, and data-driven targeting strategies.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, or technology solutions.
- Experience leading executive engagement programs and strategic customer experiences.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing, sales, and productivity platforms to improve campaign effectiveness, account engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Compensation
| This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
