The Role
The SR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER will be a key member of the Campaign Analytics team, responsible for transforming marketing intelligence through AI, automation, advanced analytics, and performance insights. This role will drive data-driven decision-making by proactively monitoring business performance, identifying trends, uncovering risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in AI-enabled analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Acting as a performance intelligence hub for Marketing, this role will help leadership make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.

The Main Responsibilities
AI & Analytics Transformation
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance the speed, scale, and quality of marketing insights.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and automated workflows to streamline analysis, reporting, and opportunity identification.
- Identify and automate recurring analytical processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Technology teams to enhance analytical capabilities and optimize workflows.
- Establish best practices and governance for AI-assisted analytics and insight generation.
Strategic Business Insights
- Analyze end-to-end marketing and revenue performance across campaigns, funnels, pipeline creation, sales, and revenue outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, performance challenges, and key business drivers.
- Perform root-cause analysis to explain performance fluctuations and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop forecasting models, scenario planning frameworks, and business performance analyses to guide investment and planning decisions.
- Deliver data-backed recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and overall business performance.
Performance Intelligence & Forecasting
- Continuously monitor key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, MQL volume, conversion rates, funnel health, pipeline creation, campaign performance, and revenue attainment.
- Provide proactive visibility into performance against goals, forecasts, and business targets.
- Develop pacing, forecasting, and scenario models to identify potential performance gaps and enable early intervention.
- Track week-over-week performance trends and communicate key business insights to stakeholders.
Automated Monitoring & Anomaly Detection
- Build and maintain automated monitoring systems and alerting frameworks to identify significant changes in marketing performance metrics.
- Detect emerging risks, unusual activity, and performance anomalies across campaigns, channels, website traffic, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and spend effectiveness.
- Assess business impact and distinguish between genuine performance issues, growth opportunities, and measurement discrepancies.
- Lead diagnostic and root-cause investigations to identify the primary factors influencing performance outcomes.
Optimization & Executive Decision Support
- Translate analytical findings into prioritized recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign investments, resource allocation, channel strategies, and marketing execution.
- Proactively surface risks that may impact target achievement and highlight emerging opportunities for growth.
- Provide executive-ready performance insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- 8–12 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Analytics, Campaign Performance, or related analytical functions.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, performance measurement, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
- Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies within analytics environments.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills; experience with Python or other analytical programming tools is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing, demand generation, funnel analytics, and revenue performance initiatives is preferred.
