The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and creative Director of Marketing to join our team and support our Business Development (BD) organization. Based in Seattle, this role will serve as the key marketing partner for the BD team and Product Team —building high-impact, 1:1 account-based marketing content crafting compelling messaging, distilling technical concepts, and developing messaging that provides clarity around our developing solutions and customer outcomes to enable the sales team to accelerate and build pipeline.
The Main Responsibilities
- Build and execute product related content in close partnership with Product and the BD team
- Develop customized messaging, decks, and collateral tailored to priority accounts and verticals
- Partner with product and BD to co-create BDM assets, TDM assets, and conversation guides to enable sellers
- Partner with field marketing to integrate messaging into campaigns and partner with them to track and report on campaign performance, iterating to improve conversion and engagement
- Collaborate with field marketing to ensure consistent positioning across touchpoints
- Stay on top of industry trends and customer insights to inform messaging and product strategy
What We Look For in a Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS
- Experience partnering with product teams to create new messages and define products
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills—clear, concise, persuasive
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling—creating visual, compelling BD presentations
- Hands-on experience in product marketing, technical marketing or BD-aligned marketing
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Self-starter mindset, with the maturity to operate independently and the EQ to collaborate across functions
- Familiarity with GTM processes, sales process and buyer journeys in complex B2B environments
- Located in or near Seattle with the ability to attend in-person team or client meetings 2-3 times per week.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$163,993 - $218,657 in these state: WA.
