Lumen is looking for a Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support our Accelerate Growth Team (AGT) Central Finance.

This role is supporting our CRO’s office with sales, revenue, GTM programs, and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do

  • Lead complex financial projects that support C-suite decision-making with sales, revenue, and gross margin analyses.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that shape monthly performance and long-term strategy.
  • Ideate bold actions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Be a key finance representative, ensuring strong communication, seamless delivery of deadlines, and impactful recommendations.
  • Streamline and optimize finance processes, working collaboratively across teams to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Mentor and guide other analysts, ensuring precise financial data auditing and monthly reporting accuracy.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, sales, revenue, and cost optimization—preferably in Sales/GTM Finance.
  • strategic mindset, ready to tackle complex financial challenges with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent leadership—capable of delivering results with minimal oversight and maximal impact.
  • Strong communicator who excels at relationship-building, especially in an international corporate setting.
  • Detail-oriented, yet big-picture thinker—thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excel master (Power Query or SQL experience a plus!) and  continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate, simplify, and optimize.
