Role Overview
The Senior Lead, Portfolio Management helps scale portfolio governance, strengthen initiative execution discipline, and provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies and tradeoffs.
This role partners closely with the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management and cross-functional stakeholders to support portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance across the AGT portfolio. The role provides visibility into portfolio performance, progress against established objectives, and helps ensure initiatives are executed with consistency, transparency, and operational rigor.
This role is structured for 11 am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm CET working hours and is a critical pillar of AGT’s Poland‑based portfolio management team.

The Main Responsibilities

Support the operating rhythm for AGT TO Portfolio Management, including portfolio reviews, initiative check-ins, leadership updates, and governance forums.

Maintain visibility into portfolio structure, initiative ownership, milestones, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.

Help ensure portfolio management processes are consistent, transparent, and aligned with AGT TO standards.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team roles on portfolio management practices, governance, and operating discipline without direct people management responsibility.

Maintain portfolio status to support leadership visibility and decision-making.

Prepare materials and portfolio views for leadership reviews, governance forums, and prioritization discussions using stakeholder-provided inputs.

Support intake of new initiatives by helping clarify scope, outcomes, dependencies, resource needs, decision points, and executive visibility requirements.

Partner with initiative owners and stakeholders to organize information needed for prioritization discussions.

Develop decision-support materials that help leadership understand tradeoffs, sequencing considerations, and execution implications.

Act as the Sr. Manager’s primary partner on: Track initiative status, risks, blockers, milestones, dependencies, and escalation needs across the portfolio.

Proactively surface insights, risks, and structural issues before they appear in metrics.

Translate portfolio signals into clear leadership insights, including where attention, decisions, or cross-functional alignment are needed.

Synthesize initiative updates and insights into cohesive, executive-ready narratives.

Frame portfolio discussions around: what is driving value, where value is at risk, what decisions are needed and what tradeoffs leadership must actively choose.

Elevate portfolio conversations from reporting to strategic alignment and action. Create clear Powerpoint materials and briefings that support leadership alignment and action.
What We Look For in a Candidate

10+ years of experience in portfolio management, transformation, strategy, business operations, or consulting.

Strong portfolio governance and orchestration skills, with experience supporting complex, cross-functional transformation portfolios.

Ability to translate ambiguous initiative information into structured portfolio views, risks, dependencies, decisions, and executive-ready narratives

Strong analytical judgment, strategic mindset and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, imperfect data, and competing priorities.

Advanced Excel and data organization skills; ability to build and maintain portfolio trackers and decision-support materials.
-
Strong Power Point and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready storylines.

Exceptional executive‑ready communication, stakeholder management and influence skills.
-
A strong communicator in English with business partnering background and a proven track record at building relationships with stakeholders. Previous work with international corporations is a plus.

High interpersonal, time management and facilitation skills with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise transformation programs or commercial operating model initiatives.

Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation office, or portfolio governance roles.

Familiarity with TechCo / Telco operating models, ideally within Cloud Service Provider, Data Center or B2B commercial, XaaS or Consumption-based environments.
