Role Overview
The Senior Lead, Portfolio Management is the most senior individualcontributor role within the Polish-based AGT Portfolio Management team, accountable for the highcomplexity modeling, integrated investment and workforce analytics, and portfoliolevel decision frameworks across AGT and LTO initiatives.
This role serves as the primary analytical authority and strategic thought partner to the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management. It owns enterprisegrade modeling, scenario analysis, and valuecreation logic used to inform leadership decisions on investment prioritization, workforce strategy, productivity, and execution tradeoffs.
This role is structured for 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm CET working hours and is a critical pillar of AGT’s Poland‑based portfolio management team, designed to scale execution, strengthen the analytical decision-making processes, and reinforce AGT’s operating rhythm.

The Main Responsibilities
Enterprise‑Level Portfolio & Value Modeling
- Own the design and governance of advanced, integrated models across Headcount & workforce productivity, investment and run‑rate economics, Cost‑to‑serve, ROI as well as strategic initiatives’ value realization.
- Build multi‑variable, scenario‑based models to evaluate strategic options, sensitivities, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Translate modeling outputs into clear recommendations, not just analysis.
AGT & LTO Modeling Coordination
- Serve as the central owner and coordinator of modeling approaches across AGT initiatives.
- Define modeling standards, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure consistency, comparability, and credibility.
- Partner with LTO office, AGT TO, and AGT leaders to align on value measurement frameworks.
- Review, challenge, and elevate initiative‑level models produced across the organization.
Strategic Decision Support (Sr. Manager Right‑Hand Role)
- Act as the Sr. Manager’s primary analytical partner on: Portfolio prioritization and sequencing, Workforce and location strategy, productivity and cost optimization, pace and phasing of transformation initiatives.
- Proactively surface insights, risks, and structural issues before they appear in execution metrics.
- Support leadership forums with decision‑ready narratives, not operational detail.
- Synthesize insights across AGT and LTO initiatives into cohesive portfolio level stories.
- Frame executive discussions around: what is driving value, where value is at risk, what tradeoffs leadership must actively choose.
- Elevate portfolio conversations from reporting to strategic alignment and action.
- Establish and evolve analytical frameworks, modeling templates, and quality standards for AGT Portfolio Management.
- Serve as the final quality bar for complex analyses used in leadership decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance (without people management) to Lead and Analyst.
- Continuously raise the analytical maturity and credibility of the Poland based portfolio mgmt team.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, transformation, strategy, finance, or consulting.
- Deep expertise in financial, HC, productivity, GTM, business analytics and ROI modeling, as well as Cost-to-Serve and coverage models,
- Proven ability to operate at enterprise and executive levels.
- Strong judgment navigating ambiguity, imperfect data, and competing priorities, with strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Advanced modeling skills (Excel and related tools); comfort building and evolving complex models.
- Strong Power Point and presentation skills to translate complex analysis into executive-ready storyline
- Exceptional executive‑ready communication and influence skills.
- A strong communicator in English with business partnering background and a proven track record at building relationships with stakeholders. Previous work with international corporations is a plus.
- A strong interpersonal, time management and facilitation skills with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or advanced FP&A.
- Familiarity with TechCo / Telco operating models, ideally within Cloud Service Provider or Data Center industries.
- Advanced modeling techniques including Monte Carlo simulation, scenario/sensitivity analysis.
- Valuation modeling knowledge such as NPV, DCF, market modeling.
- Experience with XaaS and Consumption-based monetization models, ARR, CLV, CAC.
