The Role

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management is a Poland‑based role responsible for the day‑to‑day operational execution, financial and headcount analysis, and maintenance of the AGT portfolio. This position is a core part of AGT’s portfolio “back office,” ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and execution discipline across headcount (HC), investments, and initiative tracking.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management, this role supports AGT leadership by providing reliable, timely insights and maintaining the operational backbone required to run AGT’s execution rhythm, planning cycles, and transformation commitments.

This role is well‑suited for a talented and dynamic professional, with strong emphasis on transactional excellence, analytical rigor, critical thinking and strong background in repeatable but improvement oriented processes.

Working hours: 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm CET working hours

The Main Responsibilities

Portfolio Operations & Back‑Office Execution

  • Own the ongoing maintenance of the AGT portfolio, including initiatives, milestones, financials, and headcount data.
  • Execute transactional portfolio activities (initiative updates, re‑baselining, status changes, closures) with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain portfolio records in alignment with Finance, HR, and portfolio management systems.
  • Support the Sr. Manager by preparing portfolio inputs, trackers, and materials for monthly operating reviews, business reviews, and leadership forums.

 

Headcount (HC) Tracking & Workforce Analytics

  • Track headcount actuals vs. plan across AGT initiatives, including role counts, location mix, and staffing changes.
  • Monitor HC‑driven savings, workforce productivity assumptions, and staffing shifts tied to portfolio initiatives.
  • Reconcile HC data across HR systems, portfolio tools, and financial plans; proactively flag discrepancies and risks.
  • Maintain HC assumptions used in forecasts, scenarios, and planning cycles.

 

Reporting & Execution Rhythm Support

  • Track investment performance at the initiative and portfolio level.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting cost performance.
  • Ensure investment portfolio data is complete, auditable, and decision‑ready for leadership consumption.
  • Produce standard recurring reports and dashboards covering portfolio status, HC, and investment performance.
  • Support AGT’s operating cadence by preparing inputs for monthly ops reviews, checkpoints, and leadership readouts.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and audit trails that support portfolio governance and transparency.
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Manager to ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned to leadership expectations.

 

Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Execute established portfolio processes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate recurring portfolio and reporting activities.
  • Support enhancements to templates, tools, and reporting standards used across the Portfolio Management and AGT TO functions.
  • Apply a continuous‑improvement and problem-solving with critical thinking mindset to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of AGT TO operations.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, operations, or workforce analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HC and investment tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage transactional, recurring processes with high accuracy and reliability.
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with multiple data sources and reporting tools.
  • Strong Power Point and presentation skills to translate complex analysis into executive-ready storyline
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a structured, deadline. A strong interpersonal, organizational,  time management and facilitation skills with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator in English with business partnering background and a proven track record at building relationships with stakeholders. Previous work with international corporations is a plus.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a shared services, COE, or global operating model.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation, PMO, or investment portfolios.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, strategic location initiatives, or productivity programs.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with data‑driven insights and operational reporting.
  • TechCo, Telco industry, consulting prior experience is a plus.
