The Role
The Enablement Analyst (Operations Coordinator) is a strategic partner responsible for optimizing and advancing the backend operations of our enablement programs. This role exercises independent judgment and decision-making to enhance program effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings specialized knowledge of enablement platforms and operational best practices, proactively identifies opportunities for innovation, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.
The Main Responsibilities

Own the administration and continuous improvement of Seismic (or similar enablement platforms), including developing best practices for content organization, tagging, and accessibility.

Analyze platform usage data to recommend and implement enhancements that increase engagement and operational efficiency.

Independently manage and optimize scheduling, distribution lists, and invitations for enablement sessions and roadshows, balancing competing priorities and resource constraints.

Lead logistics planning for virtual and in-person events, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges to ensure seamless execution.

Design and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for enablement activities and attendance, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Evaluate and refine operational processes, recommending and executing improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.

Serve as a key liaison between communications, design, and enablement teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of program objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, exercising autonomy in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.

2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or enablement support, with demonstrated success in process improvement and stakeholder management.

Advanced knowledge of Seismic or similar content management systems preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with scheduling tools and distribution list management.
